Maiden voyage

Friday the 12th of May 2017 was the first trip in the van. We have to use it to iron out any problems and see if we remember anything that Gerry from Jayco told us when we picked the van up.  Kaz drove for the first time and with my assistance did very well. So well that having reversed in to our allocated spot a lovely lady came down and complimented Kaz on her amazing effort handling both the Pajero and caravan.

New Van Collected

Picked up our new Van today. 2 hour handover with Gerry from Jayco Geelong. We will need to practice and try to remember some of the instructions, luckily the van comes with a DVD instruction movie so Got it hooked up to the Pajero (now with ARB Bar fitted), put our new mirrors on (with help from Jayco) and out the gate in to the Friday traffic made it home Without issue.

The Big Plan

The Plan is to cover as much of Australia in four months without killing each other.

We will be getting round in our Wee Jayco Journey caravan, pulled by our Pajero.

We will try and update this site when we can, depending on internet coverage.
